Describes the research team's efforts to identify and test innovations in delivering information to craft workers in the field. Presents the results of field tests of four possible methods, which showed one method to be the most feasible and effective at present: the two-sided isometric drawing. Also discusses the benefits and drawbacks of the three-dimensional model, a method that, while effective is not yet widely feasible.
